Purchasing:

When purchasing jewelry from my website you agree to the terms and conditions stated here. Please Read all descriptions to make sure the jewelry you are purchase is going to be the right fit for you. All sales are final.

Shipping:

Once your jewelry ships it is no longer my responsibility, it is then in the hands of USPS (for domestic orders) and UPS (for international orders) every order comes with insured shipping. All orders come with a tracking number that is sent to the email you have provided during check out.

International Shipping:

All international orders ship fully insured via UPS. I am charging a base rate of $40 USD for international shipping, if for some reason your shipping destination is more expensive than that I will reach out to request the difference from you. If you fail to pay the difference I will cancel your order (sorry for any inconvenience, I’m still figuring out the quirks). It is likely that you will have to pay brokerage fees or import duties before receiving your shipment. It is the full responsibility of the buyer to pay any fees that may need to be collected from UPS. Please stay up to date on your shipment as you will likely need to respond to UPS for any requested payments. Please add your phone number to your order so that you may be contacted easier.

If for some reason something happens to your package during shipment, please reach out to me with any details on the situation and we will work out whatever is going on, and if need be start an insurance claim.

Shipping times:

Ready to ship orders will ship within 1-5 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated, but I usually get them out within a day or two. Made to order pieces & custom orders will take 2-8 weeks, depending on how many orders I need to fill. Made to size pieces will take 1-2 weeks to ship. If there are further shipping delays I will make an announcement prior to a release or contact you directly.

What if my package is lost or stolen?

That would be the worst outcome, and it does happen, its very rare but the postal service is not perfect, and sometimes packages get stolen, so it is a very slight possibility. If this happens please reach out right away and we will start an insurance claim.

Custom Orders:

I am not currently taking any custom orders, please refrain from asking me as it can get very overwhelming. When I open custom orders I will send an email to subscribers letting you know that they are open, we can then discuss what you’d like to have made!

Payments:

My website accepts PayPal, Debit/Credit cards and payment plans through After Pay.

Jewelry Availability:

I make all of my jewelry in small batches. Everything is slow made by hand by me in my home studio. I try to have at least one release a month. If you missed out on a piece you really wanted, likely I will make something similar to it in the future, but there are no guarantees! There are quite a few staple designs that I will always come back to here and there if they are really sought-after and I really enjoy making! I cannot re size any rings that are ready to ship.

Email Subscription:

If you sign up for my newsletter through the pop up on my home page you will get one email a month the day before I have a collection release with a 30 minute early access password, I promise I am not one to fill your inbox with annoying emails about every little thing. Occasionally I will send an email about a sale or MTO releases but it's rare.
